此前 Hield 的國王隊友，前鋒 Jabari Parker 確認自己感染了新冠病毒。
溜馬球星 Malcolm Brogdon 也在早前宣佈，他的新型冠狀病毒檢測結果為陽性。 Brogdon 在聲明中表示，他目前的身體狀況以及恢復進展良好，仍然計劃參加 NBA 的復賽。

不過到目前為止， NBA 在最近兩天已有 10 例確診，除了上述幾位球員之外，還有太陽的兩名球員、以及某西區季後賽球隊的 4 名成員。
